SPECIFICATIONS
Series inline floor drain trap seal with UV resistant ABS plastic frame, silicone rubber sealing flapper and four flexible sealing ribs. Tested and certified to the ASSE 1072 Standard and listed with IAPMO and I.C.C. Specify connection size (2″ (51MM), 3″ (76mm), 3 1/2″ (89mm) or 4″ (102mm))
Used in the outlet connections of floor drain bodies, or the inside of floor drain strainers to seal the opening to prevent odors, sewer gases, and insects from entering up through the floor drain grate. The Green Drain’s four flexible silicone sealing ribs ensure easy installation into openings that have variations in size. The Green Drain will open to allow drainage and close when there is no water flow. The Green Drain can be used in either new construction or retro-fit applications where trap primers were never installed.
Shipping
Shipping within Australia is free. Please note delivery times to remote and very remote (Zone 3 and 4 postcodes) destinations around Australia will have longer delivery times due to postal processing and the distance to destination. Our handling time will remain as next day dispatch on all orders placed before 8am, ensuring you receive your item as quickly as possible.
AU Post is used for all shipping unless very large items require a courier. Tracking will be provided on all purchases.
Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.
